This custom covered lounge chair & ottoman selected for us by Campbell Showroom is in very good condition: extra fabric roll too!!! Colors of fabric are ecru/beige as the base color, with tan and blue floral print. Dimensions of the chair are Height = 35" for the chair back, width = 32 ", length = 38". Ottoman dimensions are height = 20", width = 30", length = 20". Will likely require van or pickup truck to transport - drive up to our gated outside storage makes access easy.
